Role overview

Head of Volunteers will lead the full volunteer lifecycle – ensuring every volunteer feels welcomed, supported, valued and equipped to contribute safely and confidently. The role champions the volunteer voice, maintains high safeguarding and compliance standards and fosters a strong sense of belonging across our diverse volunteer base. A key responsibility is managing volunteer issues, concerns, and complaints with fairness, discretion and professionalism, ensuring matters are resolved promptly and in line with policy.
